Naked-Living with Ancient Brit
Barely Dressed
Barely Dressed
When it is not always possible to be naked it may be possible to be scantily dressed. Here are
a few examples.
This costume would be pushing the limits of
what could be worn when clothing is required?
The Breech Clout is an ancient form of clothing,
worn by many ancient and not so ancient tribes including
the North American Indians and the Ancient Egyptians. I
first came across this when I met a hiker in the
Pyrenees dressed in a breech clout. For my Pacific Crest
Trail hike in 2006 I made a simple version made from
two handkerchiefs and wore it frequently hiking in hot
conditions. The ventilation it provided helped me avoid
any of the soreness in the groin area that I would expect
from long distance hiking in hot conditions. If you want
to hike naked you can roll it up and then drop it down
quickly if you encounter a situation where nudity is
inappropriate.
